On 19 and 20 September 2019, there were extensive presentations of the calls for projects within the work program of the European Commission Horizon 2020 2018-2020, as well as parallel networking sessions, in which the participants had a time interval to support a brief presentation about the institution they represent, potential partnership ideas and hold discussions with participants who visited the place. There were also several bilateral meetings with researchers from across the European Union but also other partner countries eligible in the Horizon2020 program (notably Turkey, but also Macedonia, China, Japan, Russia etc.), laying the foundations for possible future cooperation between their institutions and the UPB.
The event was an excellent opportunity for the members of the collective to disseminate their scientific activity, within the SIIMA project, and to establish cooperation in the fields concerning the information systems for the management of the activities in the future calls from the H2020 programs related to the challenges of digitalisation in the administration and organized economy. by the European Commission.
